Pre-employment Training

We offer a range of pre-employment programs that include the development of employability skills and knowledge such as communication, teamwork, problem solving, planning and initiative and occupational health and safety.

The skills and knowledge and course content related to a specific qualification are negotiated with employers and industry bodies to ensure participants are well prepared for effective and productive transition into the workplace.

Our pre-employment courses are delivered in vocational areas including civil construction, resources and infrastructure, business services and retail and are run on an as needs basis according to employer and job seeker interest and demand.

For example, if a specific employer is seeking to recruit and pre-train potential employees for their organisation, Carey Training can manage this task for them while simultaneously seeking funding options to meet program costs.
